Hello-

I am a long time priPrinter user. I recently switched to Windows 7, and did a clean install of priPrinter. All of the sudden when I attempt to print the document never makes it to priPrinter. The application - whatever it is, I have tried Word, Chrome, Internet Explorer, UltraEdit, etc - becomes unresponsive and I end up having to close the application.

I have tried the following:

Uninstall priPrinter and reinstall- same issue
Open priPrinter manually and print a test document - this works - I see the priPrinter dialog and a test page in priPrinter.

For some reason my documents are stuck in "spooling" and never complete.
