Hi,

I have purchased priPrinter Server edition and I am having a problem which I hope you can help me with.

I am running priPrinter Server on Windows Small Business Server 2003. When printing from client machines, or even locally from the server itself, the document appears to print successfully to the priServer printer, however nothing happens – priPrinter does absolutely nothing. However, the event viewer shows the document was printed on priServer via port priPrinterServer:. PriPrinter does not show in the taskbar either.

I have uninstalled Server and installed Professional on to the server computer. It works for documents sent locally from the server, but still does not react to anything sent from network clients.

The only error message I am receiving is after reboot when logging on to the server machine. It is
pritray.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ChangeWindowMessageFilter could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll.

I suspect this is an issue with the priPrinter dispatcher. Can you offer any advice on how to resolve the issues?

Thanks.

Must be Windows Server 2003 specific.
Will be fixed shortly. I hope.
