Error(15): Can`t add printer 'priPrinter' - (The printer driver is unknown.)

Please help.
During installation, the installer stop the installation and communicates:

priPrinter 2316
>Check Spooler
>ReInstall
>UnInstall

After this completes the installation.
"Completing the Setup Wizard priPrinter. PriPrinter Professional has been installed on your computer. ClicFinish to close this wizard."
The program can be run properly, but the printer is not installed priPrinter.
Lack of opportunities for collaboration with other programs.

I've tried everything I can.
I uninstalled, reboot, I installed many times. And nothing.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Please help in solving this problem.

Sorry for delay, just found your message.
Is this re install of priprinter or fresh install?
Do you have antivirus which may block installation?

This is reinstallation. Yes, I have ESET. I installed with enabled and disabled ESET security. The result is the same.

If priPrinter is installed, run it.
Go to Options and in Printers tab click on [Create] button. If printer will be created, then everything is fine.

If not, uninstall. Reboot. Check for
C:\Windows\system32\plkmon64.dll is this file exists, delete it.

Try to install again, if it fails we may need to sort it out by skype...

Not works.
1. Options->Printers->Create: The printer driver is unknown.
2. C:\Windows\system32\plkmon64.dll - not exists.
