I have Word 2013 documents with a transparent .png rectangle in front of signature images to discourage copy and paste from the original Word document to another document. This is an internal only "protection" as the final product going externally is in protected .pdf format.

Unfortunately, the transparent image blocks the signature image from showing when printing to priPrinter. It works fine when printing directly to a printer. I have tried setting the image transparency to Enable in the priPrinter Properties dialog, but that doesn't help.

Any suggestions?

I suspect, MS Word caches priPrinter setting inside of .doc file and transparency is always disabled for you.
In any case please send me that .doc (or .docx) file. I will check what is wrong.
You can attach it here or send to info [at] priprinter
