Today I tried to print a simple pdf file (one nonempty page) using my default pdf viewer (SumatraPDF) and I got a strange result. The priPrinter showed a print job with one nonempty page (correct). At the same time the main preview panel showed the blank page (incorrect). It was so strange that I tried to print the same file using FoxitReader (portable) and I got a valid preview. The job and the preview panel showed a valid preview. Now I am wondering what is wrong?
I wanted to attach exemplary files but I can not because of quota :/ The size of the three files are less than 200k. Is it possible to increase quota limit?

Please try to attach again. However I'm not quite sure how all these quotas and limits work, so in case of similar issue please send files to info [] priprinter com

Please send your source .PDF file and problem .priPrinter file.

Interesting, it looks like bug in the very first public release. What a shame :(
Ok, hope it will be fixed, since thumbnails window works quite good.
Thank you for sample file!

You've switched images OFF!
Go to Effects tab and uncheck that button.
In this file each letter is made of small images - see document properties. It contains 51 images - each is separate letter.
For this particular file I suggest to use Adobe Reader it output text using normal fonts and result should be better.

Is that mean the problem is caused by my PDF viewer? I can not understand how anybody could print letters as images :/
Did I mentioned You are the fastest support team? :)

Thank's a lot :)

PS. I do not like Adobe Reader mostly because of its size :/

No, this is not a problem at all. Text can be printed as text with font, curves or as image(s). I just think that original form is better, since text can be scaled up and down without quality degradation. It's editable at least.

You've switched images off and in this particular case, text disappeared - since it is represented by set of images. So switch images in priPrinter On.
Effect tab -> Remove Graphics.Attached File  images.png (19.28K)

I understood. I just said I could not see any reasonable reason to print text in that way. I agree with you. Personally I prefer the original form, too.
